For this first-floor renovation, we reimagined and redesigned key areas to create a modern, functional space tailored to family living.

In the kitchen, we moved a wall and multiple windows, reconfigured the layout, and extended the island to create a more spacious cooking and gathering area. New custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and an antique mirror accent wall on the dry bar add a touch of elegance.

By expanding the mudroom a few feet, we added individual lockers for each child and a more functional laundry area with custom cabinetry.

Bold, patterned grasscloth wallpaper and vertical shiplap bring style and personality to this refreshed bathroom.

Finally, we sourced all new furnishings to give the whole home a fresh new look and feel.
