This lower-level remodel was designed for clients who love entertaining friends and family, creating a welcoming, multifunctional space.

In the lower level, we expanded and updated the wet bar, installed new fireplace tile, and added custom built-in cabinetry. New furnishings throughout the space enhance comfort and style, while a dedicated exercise room now features rubber flooring, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and plenty of space for home workouts.

The boys' bathroom was fully gutted and redesigned, with a larger tub, all-new tile, mirrors, and modern lighting for a fresh, functional upgrade.
