We completely transformed this semi-finished basement into a fully customized, modern lower level designed for family living and creativity. Starting from scratch, we reimagined each space to serve specific functional needs.

Art Room: Because our clients (and their children) love arts and crafts, we designed a dedicated art room, complete with loads of countertop space, built-in cabinetry, and a spacious peninsula island. This layout offers plenty of storage and workspace, making it an ideal spot for creativity and family projects.

Living Area: In the main living space, we added more built-in storage and designed a feature wall with decorative wood paneling to highlight the TV. A cozy, family-sized sectional anchors the room. The upholstered ottomans are easy to move and double as footrests.

This redesigned lower level is a perfect blend of functionality, style, and comfort, if we do say so ourselves.
